The annual home owner's association meeting is your opportunity to catch up with the Board of Directors and find out what projects and items are being planned and budgeted for in the coming year. It is also your chance to offer your opinions and discuss items that are important to you that you feel the neighborhood as a whole should address.


2009 HOA Annual Meeting

When:  Tuesday, November 10 at 7:30 PM (Check-in begins at 7:00PM)
Where: Country Inn, 800 Sidney Marcus Blvd Atlanta, GA 30324
Information: Annual Presentation and Budget
Agenda:
  • Establish a quorum and call the annual meeting to order
  • Elect the 2010 Board of Directors (there are three positions available for two year terms)
  • Present the 2010 budget and discuss the financial affairs of the Association
  • General discussion of accomplishments of 2009
  • Projects planned for 2010
  • Open Forum
Nominations for the board will be taken from the floor at the meeting. Please bring a pen to mark your ballots. There must be a quorum (this means no less than 83 owners) to be able to hold the annual meeting. All owners voting must be current on HOA dues. If you can't attend, it's very important to submit the proxy form so that someone attending the meeting can vote on your behalf. You can contact the management company to request or submit the form.


2008 HOA Annual Meeting

When:  Thursday, November 13 at 7:30 PM (Check-in begins at 7:00PM)
Where: Country Inn, 800 Sidney Marcus Blvd Atlanta, GA 30324
Agenda:
  • Establish a quorum and call the annual meeting to order
  • Elect the 2009 Board of Directors: Last year there were two members elected to one-year terms and there were three members already in second-year terms; therefore, this year all five seats are up for election. Three terms will be for two years and two for one-year terms. Nominations for the board will be taken from the floor at the meeting.
  • Present the 2009 budget and discuss the financial affairs of the Association
  • General discussion of accomplishments of 2008
  • Projects planned for 2009
  • Open Forum
